The Real Brides Show has been running since 2001 and is widely recognised as the premier wedding fair in the south west. At Real Brides you will meet hundreds of potential customers who come looking for exciting ideas, products and services for their wedding. You can talk to them, show them your products, explain your services and answer their questions. They can talk to you - find out what you do and tell you what they are looking for. A proven way to meet new customers.
The show features a huge variety of exhibitors covering every aspect of wedding planning. Booking into the show not only gives you your own ‘shop front’ but also opens up a wide range of other opportunities for promoting your business to the visitors. These can include giving a talk or demonstration, decorating an area in the exhibition hall, providing entertainment or contributing to a competition prize.
As a Real Brides exhibitor you will have a free listing plus a link on the website and a free listing in the show guide. You can also choose to advertise in the show guide, on the website and distribute leaflets in the 'goody bags' given out at the show. These opportunities are for exhibitors only.
If you have never exhibited before, don't worry. We offer help and advice on how to make the most of exhibiting if you need it - our aim is to ensure the whole experience is positive, supportive and a boost for your business. Many exhibitors comment on the friendly atmosphere at the shows, the high standard of organisation and the high quality of visitors.

Networking
Many exhibitors find it really useful meeting
with other exhibitors at the show. Some say
it's as good as meeting the visitors.
After the show closes on the Saturday we
invite everyone to gather at the refreshment
bar for a drink and the chance to
chat before they go home.
Stands are priced per square metre and vary according to the size that you require. The minimum size stand is 2 square metres (2mx1m) and these are in designated places around the show. Larger stands can be positioned anywhere in the show (stand layout permitting).
The stands are constructed using fabric-covered panels suitable for use with velcro hooks. They come with carpet, a light, tables and chairs (if you want them) and have your name on the front. Additional lighting and electric sockets are not included but may be ordered separately through the exhibitors' manual.
A limited number of vehicles can be accommodated inside. Others can go on the forecourt in front of the Main Entrance (for standholders only).
Bookings can be taken at any time before the show although it is advisable to book as early as possible. This will give you plenty of time to prepare for the show and complete your show administration in good time.
